Job Description

Create and maintain technical content related to protocols, APIs, and network communication.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality documentation that meets the needs of developers and engineers.
Research and understand the content to be documented, authoring documents according to agreed-upon milestones.
Deliver final documents to the Content Team Primary Writer (PW) and resolve Technical Documentation Issues (TDIs).
Test and verify protocol behavior on Windows Servers/Clients and provide proposed workarounds to Protocol Support Engineers.
Resolve TDIs in Azure DevOps (ADO) for assigned documents and deliver fixes for affected documents.
