The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s financial strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. This role involves overseeing financial planning, audits, compliance, budgeting, and performance analysis while leading the finance team toward operational excellence and integrity.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals, ensuring long-term financial health and stability.
• Oversee financial planning, analysis, and forecasting, providing insights to support business decisions and enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead and monitor the budgeting process, ensuring accurate projections, resource allocation, and adherence to business objectives.
• Conduct daily internal audits of transactions, vouchers, and accounting entries to ensure financial accuracy and control.
• Supervise the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory standards.
• Manage and strengthen internal control systems, identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring financial discipline.
• Oversee cost management, budgeting, and profitability analysis, implementing strategies for expense optimization and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other executives to evaluate new business opportunities, assess financial risks, and recommend growth strategies.
• Present financial reports, forecasts, and key insights to the Board of Directors, articulating strategic recommendations and business impact.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and key stakeholders to support funding and investment initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements, coordinating with internal and external auditors.
• Utilize advanced financial modeling and analysis tools to evaluate investments and major projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department, driving innovation, efficiency, and professional growth among team members.
• Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, ethics, and transparency in all financial operations.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional qualification preferred: CA / CA (Inter) / CMA / MBA (Finance).
• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounts, audit, and financial management (including 3+ years in a senior role).
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, Ind AS / IFRS standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in budgeting, audit, and internal control systems.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
