Position Summary:

seasoned and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, taxation, accounting, financial reporting, and audits.
Manage cash flow, working capital, capital expenditures, and financial planning aligned with business goals.
Lead financial strategy and drive cost optimization and profitability improvements.
Ensure regulatory compliance with all statutory laws and financial standards.
Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
Integrate and optimize ERP systems such as
Odoo or SAP B1
for real-time financial insights and business efficiency.
Provide strategic input to the leadership team on key business decisions, risks, and investment opportunities.
Lead and mentor the finance team to maintain high standards of financial integrity and performance.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA)
qualification is mandatory.
10+ years
of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and leadership roles.
Prior experience in
FMCG, distribution, or van sales-based businesses
is
highly preferred
.
Proven expertise in using
ERP systems (Odoo / SAP Business One)
.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and present actionable insights
