Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

As a Chief Financial Officer located in Howrah, you will be responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis functions, preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing finance-related activities, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Your role will involve developing budgets, performing financial forecasting, and leading the finance team to drive the company's financial strategy and growth. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Financial Leadership - Develop and execute the financial strategy of the organization. - Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters. - Participate in corporate strategy development. - Financial Planning & Analysis - Oversee the preparation and approval of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. - Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to drive profitability and growth. - Accounting & Controls - Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Maintain internal controls and safeguard the company's assets. - Oversee all audit and internal control operations. - Capital Management - Manage relationships with banks, investors, and external stakeholders. - Oversee capital structure, funding strategies, and investment activities. - Risk Management - Identify and mitigate financial risks. - Ensure appropriate insurance coverage and legal compliance. - Team Leadership - Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams. - Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Experience: - 15+ years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience Qualifications: - Skills in Financial Planning and Financial Forecasting - Ability to make strategic and informed financial decisions - Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CA is a plus) - Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry In this full-time, permanent role, you will work in person at the company's location in Howrah.,
