This role requires close collaboration with technical, service delivery, and operations teams to deliver tailored, high-performance connectivity solutions to enterprise clients. Role & responsibilities :- Sales & Revenue Growth : Develop and implement sales strategies for ILL, leased lines, and other enterprise broadband solutions. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Acquire new enterprise clients while expanding business from existing accounts. Business Development: Establish and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and procurement leaders in key industry sectors. Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new growth opportunities across corporate, SME, government, and institutional segments. Design and propose customized connectivity solutions that align with client needs. Account & Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and SLA compliance. Collaborate with Service Delivery and NOC teams to ensure seamless onboarding, timely service activation, and issue resolution. Lead contract negotiations and manage renewals with key enterprise clients. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Managers and Key Account Managers. Drive team performance through structured KPIs, incentive programs, and continuous learning initiatives. Collaboration & Strategy : Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to create bundled offerings and customized value propositions. Contribute to pricing strategies, competitive positioning, and go-to-market planning. Key Skills & Competencies: Demonstrated success in enterprise telecom or B2B connectivity sales. In-depth understanding of ILL, MPLS, SD-WAN, leased lines, and related network technologies. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performance sales teams. Knowledge of telecom infrastructure, service-level agreements (SLAs), and service delivery frameworks. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Telecom, or a related field (MBA preferred). 1015 years of relevant experience in enterprise telecom sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
