Job Description

  1. Must have experience in

    fund-raising. E

    xposure in Private Equity raising will be an added advantage.
  2. Responsible for

    arranging funds

    to meet business requirements at

    optimal borrowing costs

    .
  3. Should be well versed with Accounting Standards including Indian GAAP.
  4. Ensure

    timely disbursement

    , regulatory

    compliance

    , and adherence to all financial norms. This includes finalisation of accounts, tax filing both direct and indirect, ROC compliance, handling both external and internal auditors.
  5. Monitor

    fund-related activities

    , including tracking interest rates, penalties, and repayment schedules.
  6. Coordinate with internal departments

    within the Real Estate division to streamline financial processes and ensure data accuracy.
  7. Manage

    data collation

    for MIS, banking institutions, and rating agencies.
  8. Provide

    financial insights and strategic support

    to operational divisions for business planning and execution.
  9. Develop and maintain

    strong relationships

    with investors, rating agencies, auditors, consultants, and other key stakeholders.
  10. Ensure

    proactive communication

    and effective response to all financial queries.
  11. Develop

    trust-based relationships

    with both internal and external partners.
  12. Lead, mentor, and develop

    the finance team to strengthen compliance, analytical capability, and professional growth.
  13. Support in

    fund flow management

    , structuring financial discussions, and driving group-level reporting.
  14. Should be well versed with documentation and financial models for strategic and board-level decisions for current business decisions and new business acquisitions.

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Chartered Accountant (CA)

    or equivalent professional qualification (mandatory/preferred).
  2. 12–15 years

    of progressive experience in financial leadership, ideally within the

    Real Estate or Infrastructure

    sector.
  3. Proven expertise in

    fund-raising, debt management, and regulatory compliance

    .
  4. Strong

    stakeholder management

    , communication, and negotiation abilities.
  5. Demonstrated capability in

    team leadership, mentoring,

    and

    cross-functional coordination

    .
