Zinc Football Academy (ZFA), an initiative of Hindustan Zinc, is redefining grassroots football by empowering talented children from rural and underserved communities. Based in Zawar, Rajasthan, the academy combines coaching, quality education, and holistic development with world-class facilities and India’s first F-Cube technology-driven training system. ZFA is a gurukul, wherein nurturing professional players and responsible citizens is at the core. ZFA has launched India’s most inclusive Girls Football Academy — breaking barriers and shaping the future of women’s football. We are looking for a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead ZFA and champion all sporting initiatives under Vedanta Sports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership

  : Drive the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the academy, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

• Player & Program Development

  : Oversee scouting, personalized player development plans, residential programs, and multi-sport initiatives.

• Holistic Growth

  : Champion academic integration, personal development, and mental wellness for all athletes.

• Community Engagement

  : Build strong ties with local communities and promote football as a tool for social transformation.

• Partnerships & Visibility

  : Forge strategic alliances with sports bodies, sponsors, and stakeholders while enhancing brand visibility nationally and internationally.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven leadership in

  Football coaching or Academy management

• Degree in Sports Management/Physical Education or related field; coaching certifications from recognized football associations.

• Preferred:

  15+ experience

  in managing football academies and knowledge of modern training methods
