Hiring for: CEO - Plant and Business Operations* *Location:* Panipat We are looking for a visionary CEO to head our plant operations in the soft furnishing, bed linen, and soft toys industry. This role requires a leader who can establish and optimize operations, drive profitability, and engage with clients. Role & responsibilities - Establish and manage efficient plant operations. - Develop client relationships and lead new product development (NPD). - Implement strategies for operational efficiency and profitability. Preferred candidate profile - 12-23 years of experience in operations within soft toys, home, or pet products, preferably with exposure to USA/EU brands. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset; previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus. - Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills. - Industrial Engineering background preferred; a degree in engineering or a master's is a plus.
