You will be joining EcoBharat, a fast-growing organization in the sustainability industry, as the visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its next phase of growth. Your role will involve: - Leading the company's overall strategy, growth, and expansion in alignment with EcoBharat's vision. - Overseeing purchasing, procurement, and supply chain operations to ensure cost efficiency and quality. - Driving sales and business development to expand market reach and increase revenue streams. - Managing P&L responsibility with proven capability in handling turnover between 50-100 Cr. - Building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing leadership team. - Fostering strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth. - Ensuring compliance, governance, and sustainable business practices. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 10+ years of leadership experience in purchasing, sales, or business operations. - Proven track record of managing business turnover of 50-100 Cr. - Strong financial acumen and strategic decision-making ability. - Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale businesses sustainably. - An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.,
