Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Location: Cochin
Experience: Min 10+ years of Relevant Experience in Lead and oversee the company’s overall operations including Sales, Service, Operations, and Profit & Loss (P&L) from Waterproofing or Paint industry
Salary : ₹ 12 -15 LPA(Negotiable)
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
* Spearhead initiatives to position the company for public listing
* Act as a strategic business leader and advisor to the Director and Board.
* Drive operational efficiency and excellence across all business functions.
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
* Strong business acumen with hands-on experience in managing Sales, Service, and Operations.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
