Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chief Engineer to join our team at Ramee Guestline Hotel & Resort. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in engineering and management.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities.
Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure efficient operations.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent accidents.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Analyze and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Chief Engineer or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
