Chief Business Officer

As a Chief Business Officer for an established business group's subsidiary company dealing in the export of Organic Products, your role will involve overseeing the strategic direction and operations of the organic agri-business based in Mumbai. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing & executing growth strategies to drive business growth and strategic leadership. - Leading export and global market development initiatives. - Overseeing operations & supply chain management for seamless functioning. - Managing domestic and global procurement activities. - Ensuring regulatory & compliance requirements for exports are met. - Driving organizational development and change management processes. - Managing financial performance, sustainability, and brand development to achieve overall business excellence. - Being accountable for P & L management. Qualifications and experience required for this role: - Graduates/ MBAs in Sales & Marketing/ Finance or related field. - Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing/ Operations of FMCG Food/ Agro Products. - At least 5 years of experience in handling Organic Food Products. - Previous experience in International Sales & Operations is a must.
