Job Description

Multiple Openings: PCM/PCB Teachers & Faculty (Schools + IIT-JEE/NEET) — PAN-India


Location: All major cities & Tier-2/3 across India

Employment: Full-time, On-site

Experience Bands: Fresher/Associate (0–2 yrs) • Mid (2–8 yrs) • Sr./HOD (8–12+ yrs)


Role Objective


Deliver high-quality teaching and measurable outcomes across either School Boards (Classes 6–12: CBSE/ICSE/State) or Entrance Prep (IIT-JEE/NEET). Own classroom delivery, assessments, student progress, and academic discipline.


Positions & Tracks (select at offer)


Subjects: Physics • Chemistry • Mathematics • Biology


Tracks:


School (TGT/PGT) — Classes 6–12


IIT-JEE — Main/Advanced (XI/XII/Dropper)


NEET-UG — XI/XII/Dropper (PCB)


Key Responsibilities


Common (all roles)


Plan & deliver engaging lessons; maintain discipline and clear board/slide work.


Create & evaluate assessments (DPPs/worksheets/tests/mocks); give timely feedback.


Track outcomes; run doubt/remedial/enrichment sessions using test analytics.


Maintain LMS/records; coordinate with academic teams and parents (schools).


Contribute to content/question banks and academic calendars.


Track Add-Ons


School (TGT/PGT): Lesson plans as per board syllabus; term exams; PTMs; lab work & records (Sci).


IIT-JEE: Advanced problem-solving, PYQ/HOTS creation, error-log & test-strategy coaching.


NEET: NCERT-first methodology, diagram-rich teaching (Bio), chapter-wise MCQ drilling & accuracy/speed tracking.


Qualifications


School (TGT/PGT): B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech/M.Tech in subject; B.Ed preferred/mandatory as per school policy.


IIT-JEE/NEET: B.Tech/M.Tech/M.Sc. (for PCM/PCB) or MBBS/BDS (for Bio preferred); strong entrance pattern mastery.


Good communication (English/Hindi); regional language is a plus.


For Sr./HOD: syllabus planning, team mentoring, and results ownership.

Workweek & Compensation


5–6 days/week; weekends may include tests/doubt sessions.
