This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a South Indian Chef at Chennai Kalyana Biriyani. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of authentic South Indian dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and quality. Daily tasks include planning menus, following recipes, sourcing ingredients, maintaining food safety, and managing kitchen operations to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. Collaborating with the team to introduce innovative dishes and managing food inventory are also key responsibilities.
