Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef Manager located in New Delhi. The Chef Manager will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking, ensuring food and beverage quality, and managing culinary operations. The role involves daily kitchen management, menu planning, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking
Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Quality standards
Experience in Culinary Management
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
