Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Chef position located in Mohali district. The Chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, planning menus, managing kitchen operations, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring a superb dining experience. Day-to-day tasks include ingredient preparation, inventory management, collaborating with kitchen staff, and maintaining food safety practices.


Qualifications

  • Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and plating presentation.
  • Menu planning and recipe creation abilities to design innovative and delicious dishes.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and kitchen sanitation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills to prioritize kitchen tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in food presentation.
  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen or relevant culinary training is preferred.
  • Culinary certification or degree from a recognized institution is a plus.
