Key Responsibilities: Lead overall kitchen operations with expertise in Tandoor, Mughlai, and North Indian cuisine. Develop, standardize, and refine recipes, ensuring taste, quality, and consistency across outlets. Innovate seasonal specials and new dishes aligned with customer preferences and brand identity. Oversee procurement, vendor management, and cost control to optimize profitability without compromising quality. Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of hygiene, safety, and efficiency. Maintain compliance with FSSAI and internal food safety protocols. Monitor portion control, minimize wastage, and ensure smooth production flow during peak hours. Collaborate with management for menu engineering, promotions, and customer experience enhancement. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in professional kitchens, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in kebabs, curries, biryanis, breads, and Tandoor-based cooking. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
