Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to oversee recipe development, kitchen operations, and production quality in our ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook food facility. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining authentic taste and consistency in large-scale production environments. Key Responsibilities:Develop and standardize recipes for commercial-scale cooking and retort processing. Plan and supervise daily kitchen or production operations. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards. Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety practices as per FSSAI and internal guidelines. Manage kitchen staff, allocate duties, and train team members in process and quality standards. Collaborate with the R&D and production teams for new product development.Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, wastage, and batch preparation. Oversee procurement and inventory of raw materials and ingredients. Ensure compliance with quality control procedures during cooking and packaging.
