Role Description

Looking for southindian CDP and Commi 3

This is a full-time on-site role located in Thrissur for a Chef De Partie. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes within their specialty. The role involves ensuring all food produced is in line with kitchen standards, supervising junior chefs, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards. The Chef De Partie will also assist with menu planning, contribute to team meetings, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
• Expert knowledge of culinary practices and food safety
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills
• Relevant culinary certification or diploma
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative approach to menu planning and food presentation
