Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaunpur for a Chef. The Chef will be responsible for planning and preparing a diverse range of high-quality meals while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Daily tasks include sourcing fresh ingredients, creating impactful menus based on seasonal availability, managing kitchen operations, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure efficiency and quality. The Chef will also maintain inventory, minimize waste, and stay current with culinary trends to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications

Expertise in food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredient selection.
Experience in menu planning, flavor pairing, and innovative recipe development.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, inventory management, and kitchen efficiency practices.
Ability to lead a kitchen team, provide instructions, and maintain a collaborative work environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle a fast-paced work environment.
Formal culinary training or relevant certification is highly beneficial.
Prior experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role within the food industry is preferred.
