  member queries via chat and email

  promptly and professionally
• Provide

  while maintaining a polite and empathetic tone

  of issues while adhering to compliance and process guidelines
• Maintain

  data accuracy

  and proper documentation for all interactions
• Meet or exceed

  service quality and productivity targets

• Exhibit strong

  written communication, analytical thinking, and multitasking skills

Mandatory Skills / Requirements

• Excellent

  written communication skills

  in English
• Typing speed:

  Minimum 35 WPM with 95% accuracy

• Strong

  comprehension and problem-solving

  ability
• Basic

  computer proficiency

  (MS Office, web navigation, CRM tools)

• Customer-service-oriented

  mindset with attention to detail
• Should not be enrolled in any

  full-time course

• Must be comfortable

  working from office

  and in

  night shifts
