Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through email and chat channels with speed and accuracy
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Meet personal and team productivity and quality targets

Skills Attributes

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support role (International Non-Voice preferred)
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Good typing speed (typically 35+ WPM) with high accuracy
  • Proficient in handling customer queries through email/chat platforms
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems or tools
  • Must be open to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if required)
