Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chat Support Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Chat Support Executive will handle customer inquiries via chat, provide accurate and timely information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves regularly updating customer records, following up on pending issues, and collaborating with other departments to resolve complex queries efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance, and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in using chat software and other relevant technology
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field or equivalent work experience
