Role Overview:
The primary responsibility of this role is to understand customer concerns and provide effective solutions to address them. The candidate must execute transactions within specified timelines while adhering to predefined procedures, client policies, and industry standards to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong proficiency in written English.
Ability to provide customer support through various channels, including live chat.
A minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute in English with high accuracy (The client team will conduct screening for verification).
Prior experience in eCommerce operations is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and consolidate complex or ambiguous information into actionable insights.
Proficiency in navigating common user interface elements.
Excellent reading comprehension and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
