Position:- Customer Support Executive Location: Sector 49, Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries through online chat platforms. The role requires providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses to customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience without voice interaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle multiple customer chats simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback promptly via chat. Provide information about products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary. Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed. Identify customer needs and help them use specific features or services. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, system updates, and standard procedures. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Requirements: Graduate freshers can apply 6 months to 2 years of experience in a chat support or customer service role preferred. Strong written communication skills with good typing speed (minimum 30-35 WPM). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat tools. Basic understanding of MS Office applications.
