Chartered Accountants (experience 1 years)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and qualified Chartered Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing accurate reports, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic advice for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Conduct statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits as required.
• Manage taxation (Direct & Indirect) including GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
• Review and monitor accounting systems, controls, and procedures.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for business growth.
• Handle client interactions and deliver financial solutions as per requirements.
• Stay updated with amendments in taxation laws, accounting standards, and compliance policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.
• Experience in taxation, audits, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, etc.).
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
