Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant located in South Delhi. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include auditing and maintaining accurate financial documents, preparing tax returns, budgeting, and providing financial advice to management. Additionally, the Chartered Accountant will be involved in financial analysis and reporting, as well as developing policies and procedures to improve financial operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial record-keeping, auditing, and preparing financial statements
• Experience with regulatory compliance and tax preparation
• Skills in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Chartered Accountant certification required
• Experience in the student housing or real estate industry is a plus
