Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) - 5 Years Experience

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) with Completed Articleship

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 years of experience (including 3 years post-qualification in a corporate environment) to manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, and tax audits. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9, finalization of standalone financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare and finalize standalone financial statements in compliance with Ind AS/Accounting Standards.

Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.

Handle direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.

Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors for smooth audit processes.

Tally ERP 9 & Accounting:

Maintain and manage accounting records in Tally ERP 9 (entries, reconciliations, MIS reports).

Ensure accurate bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and bank reconciliations.

Generate financial reports, P&L statements, and balance sheets for management review.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance:

File GST returns, TDS returns, and Income Tax returns accurately and on time.

Conduct tax audits under Section 44AB and ensure compliance with Income Tax Act & GST laws.

Stay updated with changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.

Audit & Internal Controls:

Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits independently.

Ensure proper documentation and audit trail for all financial transactions.

Implement strong internal financial controls to minimize risks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Mandatory CA Qualification (Completed Articleship)

✅ 3+ Years Post-Qualification Experience in a corporate/CA firm

✅ Expertise in Tally ERP 9 (Advanced Features like GST, Inventory, MIS)

✅ Strong Knowledge of Statutory Compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC Filings)

✅ Experience in Finalizing Standalone Financial Statements

✅ Tax Audit & Internal Audit Experience

✅ Analytical Skills & Attention to Detail
