Description
As a qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial analysis for the company. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling end-to-end accounting operations such as GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end close. - Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant standards. - Conducting variance analysis on actuals vs budget and providing insights to management. - Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities in collaboration with business teams. - Creating MIS, management reports, and financial dashboards. - Monitoring costs, margins, and cash flows to identify key financial trends. - Supporting statutory audit, internal audit, and compliance requirements. - Leading a team of 7-10 members to ensure efficient functioning. - Ensuring adherence to internal controls, policies, and financial governance. You should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with Indian Accounting experience. - Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting support, and MIS reporting. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Tally is preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively. - High accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong ownership mindset. In addition to the above requirements, you must have experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, or Corporate Finance. Exposure to growing or multi-entity organizations will be an added advantage for this role.
