Assist in preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation and reports
Support in conducting benchmarking studies and compliance work International Taxation Experience in preparation and filing of Form 15CB & 15CA Support in analyzing cross-border transactions and DTAA implications Research on global tax practices and regulatory updates Direct Taxation & Compliance Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (corporates, firms, individuals) Tax Audit Preparation and filing of e-TDS returns on a quarterly basis Department Representation and responding to queries/notices from Income tax department General Finance & Audit Support Ensure adherence to timelines for tax compliance and filings Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and compliance requirements Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Fresher or up to 12 years of experience in taxation / audit / transfer pricing Good understanding of Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, International Taxation, and TDS compliance Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a team environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Key Skills Transfer Pricing & International Tax Basics Income Tax Return Filing Tax Audit & e-TDS Filing Knowledge of DTAA & FEMA regulations (preferred) MS Excel and Taxation Software familiarit
