Currently, we have following opening: AUDIT PARTNER The Ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant having experience of atleast 20 years in an audit firm. The candidate should have expertise in Statutory Audit of listed Companies, IND-AS and has understanding of SEBI & Stock Exchange law. Additional qualification like CISA/DISA shall be preferred. The candidate should have an organized and systematic approach towards audit and must have good understanding of audit documentation. The candidate would be responsible for the following: Overseeing client audits and ensuring that they are completed in a timely manner. Leading the client service management team on the formulation of audit strategy and planning. Ensure standards and procedures maintained by whole team. Identify and capitalizing on opportunities and prospects for new work. Business development, including working with colleagues in other teams.

Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant / Commerce Graduate (8 positions) (6 - 12 Lakhs) Ours is a multidisciplinary firm of Chartered Accountants having offices in Mumbai City and suburbs. We require Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants or Commerce Graduates for (i) day to day accounting work for our clients and (ii) assist in auditing of our clients. The ideal candidate should have experience of 5 years or more in the field of Accounts. The candidate should be well versed with day to day accounting, TDS & GST compliances etc. The candidate should also have reasonable exposure in audit and taxation. The candidate should have exposure in filing Income Tax Returns of Company, Firm, Trust, AOP, and Individuals etc. Only Mumbai based candidates need to apply. Chartered Accountant (Audit) (Fresher or 1-2 year qualified) (5 positions) (12 to 18 Lakhs) Articleship experience or up to 2 years of work experience in Assurance Services or in a similar environment (Assurance and Accounting firms) Should have experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit etc. Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skill. Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach. Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Companys Act, Income Tax Act & other relevant Acts and knowledge of various Statutory Compliances is a must. Be willing to travel within India . Roles & Responsibilities: Execution of client engagements - Ensure quality delivery as per client requirements. Review of working papers and client folders. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service. Understand business & industry issues / trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client's business processes to enable preparation of recommendations. Ensure compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures. Role & responsibilities Compliance with Companies Act, SEBI Regulations and keeping track of overall compliance status of clients. Handle secretarial matters, facilitate in conducting board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings of clients, drafting of minutes of the meetings, maintenance of statutory books etc. Assistance in providing Corporate Secretarial support to clients for various corporate actions like fund raising/ borrowings (Private Placements, Rights Issue, NCDs, term loans), Corporate Restructuring i.e. Mergers/ Amalgamations/ Acquisitions and JVs/ SPVs. Preferred candidate profile The candidate should have expertise in Companies Act, LLP Act, SEBI Act, RBI, FEMA etc. and can provide advisory services to the client. Candidate should also have knowledge of NCLT matters, listed companies compliances. Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skill.
