Chartered Accountant / MBA (Experience 5 years and above)

Job profile

Assisting partners in advising clients on raising money by issuing stocks or debt. This includes managing Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

Assisting partners in advisory and execution of private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.

Assisting partners in due diligence etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have worked under Investment bankers.

Should have an experience of five years and above in this field.

Should have expert understanding about various products like shares, mutual fund, alternate investment funds etc.

Excellent communication, presentation and drafting skill. Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.
