Business Development Executive

Through our flagship initiative Durlabh Darshan Kendra, we are revolutionizing spiritual tourism by offering Virtual Reality (VR) Darshan of rare and hard-to-reach temples across India.We are looking for a passionate Business Development Executive who can be the bridge between technology and spirituality, driving partnerships with temples, religious institutions, and cultural organizations across the country.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and connect with temples, trusts, and religious hubs for potential partnerships.Build strong relationships with temple authorities, priests, trustees, and government officials.Present and pitch our VR-based Darshan solutions, tailoring proposals to spiritual and cultural needs.Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in alignment with organizational goals.Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, documentation, and onboarding.Represent the company at temple visits, exhibitions, and spiritual events across India.Travel extensively (20–25 days/month) to meet partnership and growth targets.What We’re Looking ForMinimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Government Liaisoning, or Institutional Partnerships.Prior experience working with religious institutions or government departments is highly preferred.Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (additional regional languages are a plus).Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.Self-driven, professional, and able to manage multiple stakeholders independently.Willingness to travel extensively across India.Knowledge of temple ecosystems, faith tourism, or spiritual tech will be an added advantage.Why Join Us?Be part of a unique spiritual-tech initiative shaping the future of temple tourism in India.Opportunity to work at the intersection of culture, spirituality, and cutting-edge VR technology.A role with high visibility, autonomy, and impact across India’s spiritual landscape.Attractive compensation with travel exposure and growth opportunities.✨ If you’re a dynamic professional with a passion for building meaningful partnerships and a deep respect for India’s spiritual traditions, we’d love to hear from you!
