Job Description

Chartered Accountant – Real Estate Industry Responsibilities: Handle full accounting, financial statements, and MIS reporting. Manage project-wise accounting, WIP, contractor bills, and cost control. Prepare budgets, cash flow, and project profitability reports. Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, RERA compliance and filings. Manage audits: statutory, internal, tax, and RERA. Oversee banking, loan documentation, and fund management. Coordinate with sales, project, procurement, and management teams. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of real estate accounting, GST, TDS & RERA. Proficiency in Tally/ERP & Advanced Excel. Analytical and detail-oriented. Qualification: Chartered Accountant with real estate/construction experience preferred.
