Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, including coordination with various departments.
Prepare and maintain financial forecasts, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow projections.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.

Financial Analysis:
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and performance improvement.
Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights to senior management.
Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and profitability assessments.

Financial Modeling:
Build and maintain complex financial models to support business planning, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
Evaluate financial impact of various business scenarios and strategic initiatives.

Reporting:
Prepare regular financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track business performance.

Collaboration:
Partner with various departments to understand business needs and provide financial insights and recommendations.
Support strategic projects and initiatives by providing financial expertise and analysis.

Compliance & Controls:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
