Key Responsibilities

US Accounting

• Perform end-to-end bookkeeping using

  QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero, and NetSuite

• Prepare monthly/quarterly

  financial statements

  including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
• Bank, credit card, and account

  reconciliations

• Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management
• Month-end and year-end

  closing activities

• Assist with

  audit support

  and documentation

US Taxation

• Preparation of US federal and state tax returns:

• Form 1040 (Individual)

• Form 1120 (Corporation)

• Form 1120S (S-Corp)

• Form 1065 (Partnership)

• Review tax workpapers, trial balances, and supporting documents
• Apply US tax laws, deductions, credits, and adjustments
• Work with CPAs on tax planning, queries, and notices

Other Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
• Communicate with US clients via email/Zoom (as needed)
• Work in US shift timings (if required)

Required Skills

• CA / CA-Inter with strong accounting fundamentals
• Good understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, accrual accounting)
• Experience or exposure to US Accounting/US Tax (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks/Xero is an added advantage
• Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
