Insurance Experts, a leading insurance advisory organization, is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office and customer servicing for insurance related matters. Suitable candidates will be honed in the intricacies of various types of insurances. Responsibilities may include, among others: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Assist in processing insurance applications, claims, and related documents. Ensure smooth operations at insurance company's end, relating to the insurances being handled by the executive.

📌 Key Responsibilities:🔹 1. HR Responsibilities Hiring & Onboarding Shortlist candidates from job portals and internal sources Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant team members Conduct HR screening rounds Prepare and share offer letters and joining formalities Other related tasks Employee Records & Leave Management Maintain accurate employee database and personnel files Track attendance and leave records regularly Share timely summaries with management for payroll processing Employee Engagement & Support Address routine employee queries, coordinate with management for any grievances Organize small engagement activities (birthdays, welcome kits, etc.) Exit Management Coordinate resignations, handovers, and full & final formalities 🔹 2. Admin Responsibilities Oversee office supplies and inventory (stationery, pantry, etc.) Liaise with vendors (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, IT support) Ensure basic office upkeep and cleanliness coordination Maintain petty cash records and handle minor purchases if needed Ensure proper working of utilities, repair, etc. 🔹 3. Miscellaneous Support (as time permits) Assist management with documentation or data entry Support internal audits or client documentation work Help in coordinating internal meetings or training sessions Follow up on any assigned tasks related to day-to-day operations 🎯 Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Management, or Commerce stream) 1–3 years of experience in HR or Admin roles Comfortable using MS Excel / Google Sheets and job portals Good written and spoken communication in English and Hindi Detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality 💡 Preferred Traits Someone who takes ownership, follows up, and ensures closures Familiarity with small team environments or service-based businesses Can adjust across tasks based on team priorities
