Job Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Internal Audit for The Company
2. Preparation for Financial Statements & Records for statutory Audits as well as Assessment Audits for all Departments with Company Auditors
3. Handle compliance : As per Income Tax Norms, GST Norms, ROC Norms & PT Norms (Filing of Returns, Payments, Refunds & Final Audits)
4. Advise on Tax Planning, Tax Payments & Treasury issue
5. Handling Payables ,Receivable & Costing
6. Management of Credit Controls (Overseas collection)
7. Finance & Banking: Working Capital management & Credit Limits with all financial Institutions
8. Excellent Knowledge about Hedging/Letter of Credit/Bank Guarantee/ Bank Solvency Certificates
9. Timely renewal of applicable licence for smooth functioning of business & avoid extra cost, documentation & time
10. Well known about Govt. Benefits/ Subsidies applicable for Organization
11. Management of Inventory
12. MIS Reports & Data Analysis: Preparation & Provide MIS Reports to Management on time for decision making.
13. Provide Financial Advice to Management
14. View the company's systems and review
15. Timely Reconciliation of Income Statement
16. Team Management: (Adherence to Calendar, Training & Guidance)
17. Manage financial systems and budgets
18. Control the master data of the general register
19. Knowledge about business transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions(Domestic as well as Overseas)
