Executive - PPIC

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for contract manufacturing services, Make Purchase Orders and Indents for RM and PM
• Supplier Relationship Management: Co-ordinate with manufacturers for On Time in Full ( OTIF) delivery of finished products as per the schedule ensuring compliance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that suppliers meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all the documentation required by regulatory team is obtained from the contract manufacturers.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including quality assurance, production, and logistics teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience
• Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, sourcing, and contract manufacturing principles.
