We are seeking a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant to join our team in Vapi. The role involves handling a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Taxation

  Services

  : Managing GST compliance, appeals, and litigation with authorities; overseeing income tax annual filings, audits, and strategic tax planning.

• Audits

  : Conducting thorough financial audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Advisory Services

  : Providing expert guidance to optimize client financial strategies and business operations.

• Litigation Support

  : Assisting in managing and resolving tax-related disputes and legal matters.

• RoC Compliance

  : Ensuring adherence to Registrar of Companies (RoC) regulations and filing requirements.

• Team Leadership

  : Leading and collaborating effectively within a team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Expertise in taxation (GST, income tax), auditing, and advisory services.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting standards, and RoC compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team leader and team member.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
