Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize financial statements as per

  IND AS

  requirements.
• Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits in coordination with auditors.
• Handle

  listing compliances

  , disclosures, and SEBI-related requirements.
• Review and ensure accuracy in accounting records, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Support management in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in quarterly and annual financial closures.
• Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of

  IND AS

  and

  Listing Regulations

  .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in listed or large-scale corporate environments preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
