Key Responsibilities
· Financial Management: Prepare and analyze financial statements, manage budgets, and ensure accurate reporting.
· Taxation: Handle income tax, GST, TDS compliance, and tax filings while optimizing tax planning.
· Compliance & Audits: Ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, and implement regulatory changes.
· Payroll & Benefits: Oversee payroll processes, statutory deductions, and employee benefits.
· Risk & Cost Management: Identify financial risks, optimize costs, and manage investments.
Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
· Skills: Proficiency in financial software (Tally/SAP), strong analytical and compliance knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
