Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chartered Accountant specializing in GST litigation, based in Chennai. The role involves organizational representation and advocacy in GST-related disputes, managing audits, presenting legal arguments, and ensuring compliance with taxation regulations. The candidate will also review and analyze legislative updates, assist in developing compliance strategies, and provide consultation on complex tax matters to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in GST laws, litigation processes, and tax audits
• Strong research and analytical capabilities combined with problem-solving skills in taxation contexts
• Excellent communication, legal drafting, and representation skills for client consultation and litigation matters
• Working knowledge of TDS compliance, related tools, and cloud-based taxation software
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant; prior experience in GST and tax litigation highly desirable
• Proficiency with regulatory compliance systems and familiarity with financial services industry practices
