Financial Advisory: Offer strategic financial advice and recommendations to clients or management. Assist in decision-making processes related to budgeting, investments, and financial planning. Audit and Assurance: Lead audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting phases. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial statements and compliance with audit standards. Tax Planning and Compliance: Provide advanced tax planning strategies and solutions to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their financial objectives and provide customized solutions to meet their needs. Continuous Professional Development: Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Pursue relevant certifications and training to enhance skills and expertise. Qualifications and Skills: For Freshers: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. For Experienced: Proven experience in accounting, auditing, or taxation. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Ethical behavior and integrity.
