Role Overview

leading a small finance team

Key Responsibilities

Finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
Handling GST, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
Coordinating with statutory, tax, and internal auditors.
Supervising day-to-day accounting operations.
Leading and mentoring a team of 3–4 members.
Managing MIS, cash flow, and financial reporting for management.

Requirements

Qualification:
Chartered Accountant
Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead a team and work independently.
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
