Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified CA with 2-4 years of experience in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and providing accurate financial insights to aid management decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and present financial insights to management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support in preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor budget utilization and highlight deviations.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and file tax returns; coordinate with consultants for tax assessments.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulatory requirements.

Audit Management

• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Prepare audit schedules, support documentation, and ensure timely closure of audit queries.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Oversee vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer invoicing.
• Monitor receivables and follow up for timely collections.

Financial Controls & Process Improvement

• Implement internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Identify gaps and suggest process improvements for better accuracy and efficiency.
