Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of U.S. GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Handling U.S. tax filings, including federal and state returns.
Managing cross-border accounting and reporting for U.S. operations.
Performing audits, reconciliations, and financial analysis as per U.S. standards.
Advising on accounting processes, compliance, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in U.S. accounting.
Proficient in U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting software used in the U.S. (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, Oracle).
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with cross-border transactions or multinational corporations is a plus.
