The team is primarily responsible to engage in servicing of intermediaries (distributors) of the company who drive business for the organization and act as a support function to the field sales team to facilitate business. The various stages of the sales life cycle that the team covers
Payout calculation
Commission Processing
Invoice Management
Field Team and Intermediaries query management
Responsible for IRDA submission of different IRDA report
The aspiring candidate should cater to the following requirements aligning the teams need
Drive the team to ensure all CTQs are maintained as per the agreed SLAs
Work closely with all stakeholders to drive the end objective
Catering the Commission & License related report requirements that get generated from the field team
Analysing the various data points and strategically present to the management for the insights and decisions (if any)
Handling escalations and close loop them to the T
Data analytics and simulations of various data points for insights of Sales Model functioning for Alternate.
Onboard and support intermediaries across the sales lifecycle.
Manage commission processing, invoice handling, and IRDA report submissions.
Resolve field team and distributor queries; handle escalations.
Ensure SLA compliance and CTQ metrics are met.
Generate and analyze reports for strategic insights.
Lead data simulations to optimize alternate channel performance.
Motivate and guide the team to maintain accuracy and efficiency
