Channel Sales Specialist-Onboarding

You will be working at NKlusive, an exclusive intermediary of NK Realtors dealing in Premium & Luxury Homes. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new channel partners. - Develop a strong channel partner network. - Provide support and training to partners to ensure success. - Manage the performance of existing partners. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals. - Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts. - Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions. - Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts. - Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives. - Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue. - Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel. Desired Qualifications for this role include: - Previous experience in handling sales in Real Estate preferably in Hyderabad. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Good presentation skills. - Ability to take ownership of the sales process till closure. - Strong negotiation and convincing skills. - Proficiency in objection handling. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A desire to learn and grow as a strong sales professional in the Real Estate sector. - A Masters degree is a must for this position.,
