Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the channel partner sourcing strategy

    , including identification, evaluation, and onboarding of new partners such as brokers, agents, IPCs, developers, and other strategic alliances to expand market reach and drive sales.
  • Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships

    with new and existing channel partners to enhance engagement, ensure alignment with business goals, and maximize revenue generation.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sourcing team

    , setting clear objectives, providing regular coaching, and driving accountability for partner acquisition, activation, and performance.
  • Design and implement structured channel partner engagement plans

    , including incentive programs, events, and exclusive launches to ensure sustained interest and contribution from the partner network.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Operations to align partner strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive partner enablement initiatives

    , including onboarding programs, sales pitch training, project walkthroughs, and regular communication to equip partners with up-to-date product knowledge and sales tools.
  • Negotiate and formalize agreements

    with channel partners, ensuring commercial terms are favorable, compliant, and mutually beneficial.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze channel performance metrics

    using dashboards and reports to identify high-performing partners, optimize performance, and address gaps proactively.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence and competitor benchmarking

    to identify new sourcing opportunities, mitigate risks, and strengthen the partner ecosystem.
  • Prepare and present strategic reports

    to senior leadership on partner growth, sourcing effectiveness, revenue contribution, and future roadmap.

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in channel partner sourcing, business development, or strategic partnerships within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating with, and managing channel partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends to drive informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
